Co-Founder Lauren is the driving force behind the business and development entity of Y.A.B. She has a passion for helping to develop businesses for women of color and further promote the businesses that already exist. Lauren's personal career in politics working with several corporate executives and business owners as campaign donors has helped to expand the Y.A.B. network. Through the business development entity of Y.A.B., Lauren works with co-working spaces to change the narrative and bring more women of color to their resources to create collaborations and opportunity. By fostering event collaborations and outreach to several female-owned businesses, Lauren helps Y.A.B. to further flourish and carry out our mission.

BRITTANY COLSTON
Co-Founder Brittany (Daisy) is the driving force behind the personal development entity of Y.A.B. She has a passion for helping women to develop through self-awareness and branding. Brittany's personal career in fashion and styling has helped to develop our membership base and bring in strong women to make our network well-rounded. Through event collaborations and outreach to several professional women, Brittany (Daisy) helps Y.A.B. to further flourish and carry out our mission.

COURTNEY GRIFFIN
Co-Founder Courtney is the driving force behind the community engagement and mentorship entity of Y.A.B. She has a passion for helping to develop young girls and further enhance their educational development. Courtney's personal career in higher education as an instructor has helped to develop our Y.A.B. Mentorship Program in Chicago Public Schools and set the platform for future programs. Through event collaborations and outreach to several dynamic mentors, Courtney helps Y.A.B. to further flourish and carry out our mission.
