Lauren Daniels

My name is Lauren Daniels. I’m a product of an HBCU- a 2012 graduate of Miles College with a Bachelor of  Science in Accounting. After graduating college, I accepted a job offer from within the banking industry, where I  am currently an Assistant Vice President- Supervising Senior Internal Auditor. I am also a graduate student  pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in business management.  
 Aside from my corporate career, I am an entrepreneur. I am the owner of Sumptuous Spirits, a mobile  bartending company that provides luxurious bartending services for social and corporate events, life  celebrations, and private parties. We also provide beverage menu creation and customization, and craft  cocktails. I am a board member and Treasurer of FIERCE, a non-profit organization that mentors and  provides various resources to young women and girls in Detroit.  
 My goal is to establish myself as a successful businesswoman and to use my platform to educate others in  my community on the importance of financial literacy. I live by the motto, “Live your life with purpose;  Live to fulfill the purpose the Lord has set for you”, which I believe is the key to success.
